About the event
BeGreatDC is recruiting for members! We're looking for community servants and volunteers who want to help us make an impact in DC under our three pillars:
- Community Engagement
- Youth & Education
- Health & Wellness
Some of our events include our Annual Volunteer Fair, Black Men Yoga Too, Working Women Wednesday, and various pop-up drives and fundraisers.
During this pandemic, we raised more than $1,400 to donate to N Street Village Women's Shelter for COVID-relief, and we collected and passed out more than $1,000 worth of supplies for protestors during the marches after George Floyd's murder.
We have openings to join our committees for fundraising, communications, membership, and events.
